Marketplace operating partner

A vendor operating partner for Amazon, Walmart and Target.

ChannelScale runs the day to day of selling on marketplaces, from your first live listing to a mature, multi channel operation, so your team can focus on the brand instead of the backend.

Starting from zero: account setup, compliance, catalog build and your first live listings.
Already selling: we take over advertising, content and inventory strategy on the account you have.
One operating team across every channel, so nothing sits between platforms unmanaged.

No obligation business review

See what a marketplace operating partner would actually change.

Tell us where your brand stands today. We will look at your category, competitors and current setup, then walk you through what we would do differently and what it would cost to run it.

We reply within 1 business day. No spam, no shared lists.

Where you are starting

Two different problems. One team that runs both.

Launching and scaling are not the same engagement. We staff and scope each one differently. Pick the one that matches where your brand is today.

You have got a brand and a plan to sell it on Amazon, Walmart or Target, but no seller account, no listings, and no interest in learning what "brand registry" means the hard way.
  • Account and compliance setup. Seller registration, brand registry, tax and category approvals handled correctly the first time.
  • Catalog build out. SKUs mapped, listings written and shot, categorized to avoid suppression or delays.
  • Launch sequencing. The order operations, ads and inventory need to go live in, so nothing gets flagged or buried.
  • First 90 days managed. We run early advertising and pricing while your team gets its operational footing.
You are already live and shipping orders, but growth has flattened, ad spend is climbing faster than sales, or you simply do not have the hours to run it properly.
  • Full account audit. We find what is actually capping growth: content, ad structure, pricing or inventory gaps.
  • Advertising rebuild. Campaigns restructured around actual margin, not just top line sales.
  • Channel expansion. Add Walmart or Target on top of an existing Amazon business without duplicating work.
  • Ongoing operations. Day to day account management so nothing sits unmonitored between check ins.
The process

What happens after you request a review.

Same process whether you are launching or scaling. The work inside each step changes, the sequence does not.

01
Business review
We review your brand, category and, if applicable, current listings and ad account. You get a straightforward breakdown of what is working, what is not, and what it would take to fix it.
02
Scope and investment
A short call to walk through the review and agree on scope: which channels, what timeline, and what the monthly investment looks like for that scope.
03
Setup or rebuild
Our team gets to work: account setup and listings for a new launch, or restructuring ads, content and pricing for an existing store.
04
Run and report
Ongoing management with a standing report cadence. You always know what is live, what is spending and what it is returning.
Scope of work

Everything under one roof.

No separate agencies for ads, content and operations. One team, one point of contact, one invoice.

01

Account setup and compliance

Seller and vendor registration, brand registry, category approvals, tax and policy compliance.

02

Listing content and SEO

Titles, copy, images and A+ content built around how each channel's search actually ranks.

03

Advertising and PPC

Campaign structure, bid management and budget allocation across every channel you run.

04

Inventory and logistics strategy

Forecasting, replenishment timing and fulfillment routing to avoid stockouts and overstock.

05

Pricing and profitability

Repricing strategy and margin tracking so growth in sales actually turns into growth in profit.

06

Brand protection

Monitoring for unauthorized sellers, hijackers and listing violations before they cost you the buy box.

Is this a fit

Who we take on, and who we do not.

We turn down more engagements than we accept. Being clear about fit up front saves everyone a bad first call.

Good fit

  • An established brand with a real product, ready to invest meaningfully in marketplace growth each month.
  • You want an operating partner running the account, not a course, a tool or a one time audit.
  • You are launching with inventory secured, or already selling with orders to show for it.

Not a fit

  • You are still validating a product idea with no manufacturing or inventory plan in place.
  • You are looking for a done in a weekend fix rather than an ongoing operating relationship.
  • Marketplace growth is not currently a budgeted priority for your business.
Why ChannelScale

What you get that a freelancer or in house hire usually cannot offer.

01

One team, every channel

The same operators who manage your Amazon account manage Walmart and Target too. No re-explaining your brand to a new vendor.

02

No long term contracts

Month to month engagements. We keep the account by doing the work, not by locking you into a term.

03

You keep ownership

Your seller accounts, your data and your brand registry stay in your name, always. We operate them, you own them.

04

Built for both stages

We staff launches and scale ups differently, so you are never paying for a growth team when you actually need a setup team.

05

Plain reporting

Reports built around sales, spend and margin, not vanity metrics that do not tell you if the account is actually healthy.

06

Direct access to operators

You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages from someone else.

Questions

Before you request a review.

A straightforward review of your category and competitors, and, if you are already selling, a look at your current listings, ad account structure and pricing. You will see specific gaps and a proposed scope, not a generic pitch deck.
Retainers are scoped around channel count, catalog size and whether we are launching from scratch or taking over an existing account. We walk through exact numbers during the review rather than quoting a flat rate up front.
Amazon (Seller and Vendor Central), Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus are our core channels, with TikTok Shop, eBay and Shopify supported for brands expanding beyond the big three.
You should have inventory secured or in production. If you are close, we can start setup work in parallel with your first shipment. We will tell you plainly in the review if the timing is not quite right yet.
No. Engagements run month to month. Setup projects are scoped as fixed engagements with a clear end date. Ongoing management can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice.
